I totally understand your point, and you look like you have a good heart. But the world already proved, and multiple times, that it is not only moved by love and compassion. It is also moved by blood. So many good brothers ended up dead, because they also had the same mentality. "Although some of them did bad things to us, the rest is not the same. The rest still have compassion in their hearts and minds".
We need to stop looking at white people as individuals, they never gave as the same chance. They always saw and portrayed us as groups. They only see us as individuals, when it comes to a successful black person.
This world is not fair for black people, because we don't make it fair for us. We expect them to make it fair. Is never going to happen...
