A caller around the 2 hour mark went really deep on African Americans and or Blacks not being recognized by International Law due to the fact that we are not backed by a Nation.

Jesse Jackson popularized the term African American's in the 1980's not knowing the fact the legally African American nore Black American is considered:

Civiletter Mortuus: Civilly dead ; dead in the view of the law. The condition of one who has lost his civil rights and capacities, and is accounted dead in law.

Black, Colored, Negro, Afro-American, African American have nothing to do with Nationality, bloodline, natural origin etc.

Do we need to form as a Nation and step to the UN with a brand new name for ourselves as Tariq pointed out?

Im not sure what emotion was being evoked with the bill cosby face in relation to new moors...so if u could elaborate that would be devine

Just fukkin with ya, you can call yourself what you want. But you just contradicted yourself when you identify as black, when that's what europeans chose to impose on you the same as african.
