A scam is when you promise something with no intention of delivering. Tariq has never done anything close.
He's transparent. 
selling movies, shirts, lectures, Mink Slide, etc...he doesn't even need to scam people. He's not out here selling people on the promise of something major like a school.

It's not a scam, the shyt just didn't work. There's a difference between failure and scamming

He says what he’s going to do. Then he produced said content.
Books. Movies. Documentaries. TV pilots. Podcasts. Websites. Merchandise. Music albums. Tour dates. Etc.
He doesn’t wait forever to get shyt done. That’s what separates him from the rest of his peers who try to shyt on him. They only group him with the others because of his content which isn’t even that radical compared to most other actual Hotep types.
I don’t agree with him 100% of the time...or even 90% of the time but there are far fewer people to look up to if you want to study an independent hustle.
