If tariq ever has a downfall it will be from one of these women he keeps around him. Women like Bree are looking for a come up and have nothing to loose, a woman like Claudia Jordan or Niko Grimes dont really need come ups so Tariq could pair good woth them. Honestly the female co host dont even add much value. A show with Tariq Corey/Zo and an older woman like claudia would be much better as they all have life experiences in which fhey can all kick gems.

Yea Claudia would be the perfect cohost. That would be a show that has real legs and could reach a very wide audience.

I don't think that Bree is a bad chic looking to do dude dirty but I can see the listeners starting to turn on her and that will inevitably breed resentment for tariq. I could also see other women getting in her ear and tryna turn her against the listeners and tariq. I thinks that's basically what happened to the other chic. These girls aren't really pro-black and when their c00n tendencies are called out either by Tariq or the listeners it rubs them.

I just think there is a mismatch.... Tariq can be obnoxious and likes to clown (usually at other ppl's expense)...Bree is funny as hell and I can tell she wants to clap back but probably doesn't know where to draw the line. It's kinda awkward. She's a hood chick from Chicago, I doubt she wants to be the butt of Tariq's jokes. So she passive aggressively tries to check him.

Also their world views are too different. Someone like Leila works because she doesn't have strong political views...she's happy to clown and laugh.


Overall I don't think Tariq can work with a Co-host.

I dont trust any woman that moves to LA and doesnt have a real career. Funny how all birds flock from their home towns to ATL and LA. Both Bree and Leila have done both.

Tariq is good on shows where the other host is strong. For some reason Tariq (probably to avoid being called a black woman basher as he used to be called) lets alot of BS slide from women and that goes against their best interest

I noticed Bri throwing little shots at Laila these past couple episodes. And I said in the past that she had an attitude towards Tariq but since that episode with Claudia where EVERYBODY noticed it and complained to her about it she kinda checked herself.

in my opinion yesterday's episode was good but I agree with the rest of ya'll that Tariq should've just hired Claudia from the jump. He could've avoided a lot of BS that went on since the show started.
