Naw, Tariq really didn't know what he was talking about back then. A lot of them were kidnapped or sold by family members for cash w/o parents approval. Tariq knows this now but back in the days, the only place he traveled to was Brazil for sex. The nikka wasn't on knowledge game back then. He was lacking in that area.
