You counter racism the same way you counter any other ailment; by controlling your BEHAVIOR. If you have high blood pressure then watch you sodium intake and control your emotions. Maybe get some good rest and exercise.
READ on both causes and prevention for high blood pressure.

The same with racism/White Domination/Supremacy
