I took this as him saying the father must be black. Because it created a greater chance of the daughter being in touch with her blackness because women typically follow,they don't lead. Being biracial with a black mother and white father would highly increase the the daughter being a bed wench whom was most likely raised by a suspected white supremacist father and bed wench mother.
