Lauri best game but damn he was MIA in the fourth there settling for jumpers when he was cutting/trying to yam earlier. Still got issues with playmaking and overall late game execution. We lucky the knicks can’t shoot for shyt and their best player is Julius Randle

I would still trade him but he is finally hitting his threes. He was always called a stretch 4 but only hitting 35% but now he hitting 40% on more attempts. TL:DR his shot is finally falling
His defense is still below average and it's hard to justify paying a big big $ if they are ass on D and he is still pretty soft. And he cant play center which hurts his versatility
If he was a playmaker like young Sabonis, it would make him more complete but dude can barely score over shorter guys consistently
If Niko got a late1st...Lauri could get a mid round 1st for sure. He would look good in NOLA, they need shooting so bad....maybe Minnesota
Thad should bring in a few seconds from a contender.....Boston? Clips? He has been pretty damn good

I would say let's stop the Coby as starring PG experiment but Sato is wayyyy too passive that he ain't a better option. Dude like invisible man out there

I dont know , all the time then once the player gets the max they go back to being lazy lethargic inconsistent smh
I'm not even saying he would become terrible but is there a risk of him once again getting injury prone and then avg 16 and 6 with no defense or rim protection? Yes and we would soon regret the deal. Lauri has had 4 years to show us what he is..he is what he is. Now if we can't land bigger fish and lauri is willing to give us a helluva hometown discount sure but if he demanding max earnings that he is qualified for, I say ship him to the 1st team willing to hit us with a lottery pick and send him off. Accumulate the assets to make a bigger play for a star player. I think that way is a better course.

Hes not really different, his 3 is just falling this year and he has better coaching
Still cant exploit mismatches, still cant make plays, still soft on defense, still just ok at rebounding
If he could play the 5 decently, he would have more value and I'd consider bringing him back for 13/14 mill....but he cant
We wont get a lottery pick but could def get a mid 1st.....we will prob have to take back salary like we did with the Niko trad
