Should lonzo have announced his signing with the bulls at 7pm instead of 5:01?

The bulls were already in talks with the pelicans on a trade for ball at the deadline. Ball made it know nearly a year ago he wanted the bulls.at most they can point out lavine been recruiting ball but it's no rules against players talking.
