Of course they are stealthy.
-we see restaurants opened
-dudes walking up and down the street
-dudes catching cabs
-Bus drivers still driving their routes
-Blind kids chilling on a school bus after dark
And those financial heavyweights had no big guns with them, so its not an all out attack for now.
We are all watching for the same reason, we are waiting for the war.
They are pushing too many uninteresting plots, like who cares if Rat man blows up a subway tunnel. Even those blind kids storyline is ho hum.
Killing a bunch of billionaires in front of live TV cameras would garner a heavy response from the US military. That aint stealthy at all.
Military response would happen if they knew it was not random and it was planned.
The Vampires have a long way to go, cause they have weaknesses Zombies do not have.

Fet, the hacker and the cop team up was pretty badass...
Maybe they can enlist the cops for serious firepower. silver ammunition and bombs... 
The staten island mayor, that was a sad scene
Eph transforming from father of the year to agent 47.... all that was missing was the barcode tattoo and leather gloves and red tie.... I was dying laughing how he beat up his old boss and threw his ass out the train...
But that ending who the fukk is this new dude?!?!
