I love Nate and he's one of my personal top 5 favorite fighters ever, but Khamzat is a terrible matchup for him. Nate should only be taking money fights at this stage in his career against strikers (like Conor) or potentially other older stars.

Khamzat hasn't been hit in his 4 UFC fights (I know it's technically once, but I'm not counting a baby punch when Khamzat was on their back) and I think he'd maul Nate, and Nate isn't a top ranked opponent or anything.

I don't want to see Nate go out like that

I want Khamzat to fight Michael Chiesa or Vicente Luque next.

Islam if I’m him I’m going to that next ufc event and I’m eyeing all those fighters ahead of him down grappling on another level. I think the only thing I haven’t seen tested is the gas tank.

I agree. The lowest ranked fighter I'd like to see him against is Chiesa or Masvidal. Someone just outside of the top 5. Vicente Luque is another good top 5 fight for him.

I was on the Khamzat hype train since his very first fight and I'm not going anywhere. I think dude is the future and that he basically crushes anyone besides Usman right now. And even then, I wouldn't bet real money either way in a Khamzat vs Usman fight. Khamzat is a scary matchup for anyone at 170 right now.
