Everyone doubted steam when it first dropped, so i'll definitely keep an open mind.

I'll wait for impressions, but they couldn't go with thumbsticks, it's really hard to be competitive with a normal controller online in PC games. No matter how high you set your sensitivity you cannot turn with the right stick as fast as someone with a mouse.
