There’s been fan wars between rival leagues literally forever. were y’all not on SOHH during the TNA days?

I remember those days...even had ROH stans shytting on TNA at every chance.
Clowning the weekly Impact on Spike threads.
It was tough being a TNA fan on here back then.

That’s the question that should also be asked to the WWE stans too.

Why did people saying mean things about WWE bother them so much or make them want to put people on ignore.

If we being honest the main folks that was going at AEW was just people that are super WWE fans felt someway about another company getting a little shine.

Proof is in the pudding if you go back to Impact, ROH, and even Lucha Underground.

AEW could die today and let’s say another company rises up. The same cycle would repeat itself and it never starts with the fan base of “said new company”

The real key thing is, if you really don’t like something, think it’s corny, then why waste the time and energy to keep up with it and call out “said stupid shyt”?

Why not just ignore it and stick to what you actually like?

everything is a team sport in a weak person's mind.

look at the angry stans of.... well, anything. Religion, politics, sports, musicians, TV Shows, comic book characters, anime, manga, etc etc

You rarely see antagonistic stans of something that's not the most popular/most powerful/most welll known thing going.

the whole reason why i was in NXT live thread is cause i rock with NXT and i’m a fan of Balor, Io Shirai, Pete Dunne, Santos Escobar, KOR, Shotzi, Lumis and a few others

yes i’m also a fan of AEW but the point is i ain’t on no trolling super stan goofy shyt, i’m not going out of my way to relentlessly shyt on one company while wholeheartedly praising the other with an agenda like some mofos around here are doing

the reality is both companies have their flaws but both can crank out great shyt if they want to and it becomes a problem when dudes ignore all that and become devoted to shytting on the “opps” in some fake ass imaginary stan war
