Man them last few seasons were DARK

I need to read up on what David Chase was going for with Janice and Bobby's relationship because I still don't see nothing predatory on her end. Bobby had 2 kids, Wasn't a high earner, Didn't maximize his potential, etc. until she came along.

To me it's classic Soprano behavior.

It started with a genuine feeling. She was pegging Ralphie and saw how genuinely emotional Bobby was after his wife passed, she wanted that kind of love.

Then her "putrid rotten Soprano genes" kicked in and instead of legit connecting with him she schemed by tricking him into thinking she was making food for him. Once they were together she got bored quick and started pushing him and Tony to elevate him in the standings.

To his credit, he seemed to earn Tony's respect and eventually replaced Chrissy.
