She should be the example for everyone else in that company. She averaged over one AEW match a week over the last two years but still managed to go out and average nearly one ROH/indie match a week.
But sadly some who aren't any better than they day they stepped foot in AEW or have barely improved will just sit on Twitter complaining about not getting booked or not getting booked more/better instead of putting in the work like Skye Blue has.
YOu don't have the luxury of getting Dark or Dark Elevation matches on a weekly or near weekly basis anymore since WBD made them cut it as part of the Collision deal. There's only 5 hours of AEW TV each week with about 55% of that dedicated to in-ring competition.
At some point the wrestlers need to take ownership of their standing in the company. IF you aren't getting better you're going to get passed by others already in the company who are working to get better or TK will sign someone to take your spot that is already better than you.
And sure, you can say AEW has too many wrestlers, which is totally fair. But in 2023 you can count on one hand the # of wrestlers he signed that thus far haven't been at least semi-regularly featured in AEW and/or ROH. He's slowed down that signing pace quite drastically.
