Wish they opened up a second location in Queens or BK cause I'm rarely in the city nowadays.

The couple scrambled to cut costs. They stopped buying in bulk, did a small round of layoffs (about 12 people out of 120), and took salary cuts.

These a$$holes over spent on buying all kinds of expensive equipment trying to be the Steve Jobs of ice cream and took it out on the employees who aint did shyt but follow their goofy ass orders.

On a sidenote, COVID has also wreaked havoc on alot of other dope ice cream spots.

Ample Hills fumbled the bag.

Oddfellows closed a couple locations.

Big Gay Ice Cream closed their OG location.

Milkmade closed.

And RIP to one of my faves, Ice & Vice

I never heard of it either-sounds like marketing was an issue with the company as well. But then again I don’t like ice cream- frozen milk/cream does nothing for me.
