The Shield Season 5 Episode 8

Also another hidden star. The female lead on CASTLE plays an eastern euro girl in a Shield ep. Looks a lot different like she had some work done...or maybe its just the glam up of being a star in a show now vs a realistic part/look.

There was so many bro, its like every episode had a non main character pop up in it that has been getting bigger roles since then. I can damn near name 20 people off rip who has played bigger roles since then.

The dude from Survivors Remorse who was trying to extort Cam was on Detroit 187 the episode that I played the dead body on. He was the witness to nikkas dumping my body in the trash lol. I had kicked it with him on the set and dude was talking bout how he was tired of only getting small ass roles, I guess its working for dude though cause I have seen him on a bunch of shyt since then.

Honestly if watch enough TV shows (Current & older) and use IMDB, you'll notice this shyt all time. "24" is another example of a TV show where you'll notice all these actors from other TV shows & movies.

Miami Vice is amazing too. There is a youtube compilation somewhere of all the people on that show. Everyone knows about Bruce Willis/Liam Neeson..but others too.

I actually think Vic's wife was one of the best actors on the show, and I liked the fact that she was one of the least irritating wives in all of the top notch drama shows. Yeah, her role came off as whiny, but with the type of person she was it fit and she killed it at being the whiny wife who had no idea her husband was out there doing bullshyt. The scene where she was suppose to set him up at the park on the bench, she killed that scene.

I can see where you are coming from...she may have hit it perfectly what they were going for..... I think people who hate her character aren't thinking about how hard she worked, and she had to raise those kids by herself because Vic wasn't there a lot...it would cause anybody to freak out really if you care at all. Working extra shifts at a stressful job. She wasn't just sitting at home and shopping like Carmella Soprano.

Greatest finale of all time. The very last episode of the final season. That ending still stays with me. The gravity of it. Gut wrenching. That show is level below top tier greats but that finale ranks with the best I have ever seen. Better than sopranos wire even breaking bad but all those shows are better shows. Ima watch that finale again now bc of this thread.

nope Shield is top 5 and solidified. It was also one of the first shows on basic cable that started the whole original programming in cable craze.

All the other so called top tiers always fell off in the end except breaking bad, but it kinda did fall off too since the other white boy villains seemed forced. Sopranos fell off huge in the end, the wire didn't know what it was doing season 5.

Shield has the BEST Finale, EVER!

yeah that ending to me is the goat so far out of the dramas i've seen. If you think about it, vic has been lying since the first episode. And over the years, even the audience bought into that lie. Everything he did on that show was to get him an advantage and cover his ass. That last episode was prob the first time in the series where the cold truth came out. No filter, no slick talk to spin the story. Just the cold hard truth which not only exposed himself to everybody in his world, but left the audience feeling dumb as hell for rooting for this b*stard.

Nah I disagree bout the white supremacists dudes. Those are how those crazy fukks are. Cold stone hearted. No emotion whatsoever. Todd and his uncle were casted perfectly. Especially Todds nonchalant no face changing emotion was spot on. I can't put shield top 5 though. Too many average to below average seasons. Great characters though and again. Greatest finale ever. Period. No argument there.

sopranos had a shytty ass 5th and 6th and people still put that trash in top 5. Wire had season 5 and 2 as shyt.
