damn nikka its not about numbers...Quality over Quantity....Walking dead is good but it gets alot of views due to it being a zombie show and 90% of america loves zombie movies/shows...

You honestly saying Walking Dead is a better show then Breaking Bad? Better written? better acting? better storyline? ect?
You people are talking about give BB a better budget, at 1.5 million viewers they're lucky to be on at all.

Walking Dead had much better written because they had a shoestring budget while bringing in 7 million viewers a show and being the highest rated Cable show :shaq2:

Rick and Shane beef was real as fukk and the way that beef ended was :ooh:

or how bout when shane went ham on hershels walkers in the garage? You're out of your mind saying its garbage. :beli:

Naw. Could it have served as a series finale? Sure. But certainly all loose ends aren't tied up yet so it wouldn't of been perfect.

The "Perfect" series finale would of be the end of Supernatural Season 5. But they had to fukk that up by going more seasons........

I think as far as gritty shows go I think The Shield had the best ending. The Wire was a damn good ending too. Baltimore moves on...

Vince ain't gonna drop the ball with the Breaking Bad ending. No way.

No one is saying WD is garbage. Not by any means. But the writing on Breaking Bad is as good as it gets, and it's arguably the best writing on any show, ever.

If Breaking Bad keeps going, it could be the first show that truly takes a character from being likeable to being hated. David Chase tried it with The Sopranos, he did not want people to root for Tony, but he realized it too late. He had already made him an anti-hero, and he tried to make Tony more despicable in the final few seasons but people still rooted for him.

Now that Walt did what he did to "win" most people agree he's already despicable.

The writing on BB is way better than WD.

Shane every episode: "lemeaskyousumnrick..."

WD is great too. No hate here.

I just feel like whatever theyre gonna try to do will seem forced. Only thing that wouldnt is if Hank found substantial evidence that Walt is Heisenberg. Plus they have to explain that opening chase in the RV of Ep.1 Season.1

Well, he never wanted it to go longer than 4-5 seasons anyway....he's said that for years. Let me break it down.

"Mad Men" renegotiated their contract for some insane amount of money, leaving very little for "Breaking Bad" and "The Walking Dead". Which is one of the reasons Frank Darabont was fired from "The Walking Dead". And AMC owns that show, so the writers, etc. had basically no leverage to negotiate.

AMC tried to pull the same shyt with Vince Gilligan and "Breaking Bad", and he basically told them "fukk y'all, I'll take this show to another network"....because Sony owns it, not AMC. After that, AMC asked Vince how many eps he wanted, and they came up with 16. So he got what he wanted.

Fred.

This is true. Damn Ronnie got it the worst IMO, besides maybe Lem. Shane always did grimey shyt and was right there with Vic. Ronnie was even left out of the murder in the 1st episode, they didn't tell him about it. Ronnie was mostly just loyal and along for the ride, and was ready to run, but Vic threw him under the bus for the immunity.

"I was gonna run! Where's my goddamn choice?!"

:wow:
