i honestly can see kroenke & a lot of other owners trying to block the raiders from moving to san diego.....

they want the Rams to grab the southern california football audience, but with the raiders on a up swing and u give them San Diego by mexico at that, plus the raiders will not have to play second to anyone in terms of other sports it's over

do the rams really think they going to grab the headlines from the lakers #1 in L.A. followed by the Dodgers and then the Kings :mjlol: they crazy...... they going to get the same attention as the anaheim ducks

This is only going to crazier . Sacramento has the private money for a 30K seat soccer stadium at the old railyard site north of Downtown. They're just waiting for MLS to say yes on an expansion team.

There was a rumor that the Raiders could move to this proposed stadium. If so, they were going to increase the number of seats to around 60K .

Sacramento has made a run for the Raiders before back in 1993-94 . There's still the foundation for Arco Park by Sleep Train Arena , which was a short lived plan to lure the Raiders then (even the A's)

Personally, I want them to stay in Oakland but I know A's owner Lew Wolfe wants to build a new ballpark without sharing with Mark Davis.

Sacramento :scusthov:

Anyone who's anyone knows San Diego Destroys sac town as a city. I'm certain Mark Davis would take San Diego and Qualcomm over anything Sacramento has to offer :manny:

its not about getting a new stadium its about increasing the value of your franchise

sac doesnt increase the value of a team, probably lessens it

Because for the most part building an NFL stadium with public money is always an L. These NFL owners are basically printing money, some cities have finally had enough of helping them. I can't blame them either. :manny:

liberal groups dont want cities to finance any new stadiums

giants and 49ers basically paid for their own stadiums. 49ers only got 100 mill for their stadium which is amazing considering the politics involved

Ok why are the owners to cheap to pay or a stadium if it's your team and you're that rich? But yeah it make a sense for the public to e like that. Help the rich get richer just so I can watch aDamn game. Nope I'm good.

In the Raiders case, Mark Davis doesn't have the cash flow to build a stadium on his own. I really think the NFL is pushing him in a corner forcing him to sell.

But from his point of view, he's probably cashing 40/50 mil yearly just owning the team. So why give it up for a one time cash out
