I'm reading this is still a pretty secure site even if they burn the whole thing down. It's not like Chernobyl where if it loses cooling, it will melt down from overheating. Supposedly the way this one is designed, it is designed in a way where if it loses cooling, it will auto-shutdown, and supposedly they have already shut down some of the reactors.

I also saw someone else say that it's buried under tons of steel and concrete... for this very exact reason to protect the nuclear material in case there was is a fire or explosion.
