Putin has been setting up this invasion for months by claiming that Ukraine is a bunch of Nazis (even though their president is literally Jewish lol) .

President is jewish yes, but that doesn't translate to the whole country.
We cannot blanket a Presidents beliefs to be the same overall for the country he leads (n vise-versa).

No they aren't. Russia has not killed any standing president of a nation (as far as I can remember).

Please go back to 2008 and this was the exact situation in Georgian-Russo war: Russo-Georgian War - Wikipedia

Their plan would be to capture him, detain him, put in a Soviet/USSR leaning government and put him on trial.
