You might have him confused with Durant or LebronYeah. More than any other player of his stature.
Not to mention it placed them firmly into the playoffs possibly...he SHOULD have been celebrating. Dudes want dudes to play the lil brother forever...nah cuh...foh.From what I saw Reggie didn't do anything that qualifies as "antics", we've become so used to robot athletes that any show of emotion has to be blown out of proportion. Dude beat his old team which also happens to be one of the best teams in the League, why not celebrate?

I don't know about that. He has been killed several times by the media and always takes the blame over KDYeah. More than any other player of his stature.

I realize it's only one instance, but Magic Johnson said Russ had 'the worst point guard performance in a championship Finals I have ever seen'
If anything I thought he unfairly took criticism
Like I thought, you are pulling shyt from 2012.
In more recent years we have seen KDs mental makeup and ability to deliver questioned...in the same series that Russ was 0-for overtime.
We have seen Russ miss the playoffs after being up 4 games with 10 left and not a peep.
We have seen Russ shoot 30% in the 4th for a stretch after the all-star game that just happened to coincide with his team taking the league lead for 4th qtr collapses and never once was a correlation drawn.
Now honestly can you see any of that happening with Bron, KD, or now Steph?
8 seed in the West won 45 games last season, so it wasn't some small feat.
I saw an ESPN feature and pieces written on Russ' 4th Q struggles, so I dunno know what else you want there?
You can disregard the past criticisms if you want, but it happened. Dude was taking the brunt of the blame for OKCs failures and shielded KD imo
Reggie left OKC because he wanted a bigger role and wasn't going to get it and didn't deserve to get it,because of KD and Westbrook.
Reggie is not as good as Westbrook, and I know he believes that but he's not,but he is a good player.
But KD and Russ need to stop acting like Reggie trash,Reggie is nice and actually saved they ass against Memphis in the playoffs 3 years ago
Or :DKHarden:Like I thought, you are pulling shyt from 2012.

That's such a basic ass stance. Completely ignoring Serge being hurt for all them games and Westbrook missing a bunch of games himself. They had the winning % in games Westbrook played to be a playoff team. So way more complicated than just saying Westbrook missed the playoffs GET HIM.No way could Durant or LeBron miss the playoffs, no matter who their teammates were, and get the pass he got last year.

As far as this thread I usually fukk with Westbrook but he's the wrong one to bytch about something as little as that. He's one of the biggest celebrators in the league and Jackson wasn't even all that extra with it. But the best players/teams are usually the most sensitive. Just like GS bytching about Milwaukee celebrating too much or not liking the shots they were taking.
