Just recently finished reading this

It's a short introduction to life and work of Kwame Nkrumah. I've had this sitting around for years and never bothered to pick it up.

If I'm in the mood, I may start to read this today

PLEASE tell me where I can get it. I plan on getting it next week, but I can't find any under $50usd

I was lucky enough to find it on Amazon for about $50 or so dollars. At one point last week it was $25 (not the study guide...the actual book) but then Tariq Nasheed plugged it and the price went up to $80+ so I tried the authors direct website but the payal link wasn't working.

So as I was just searching amazon for the cheapest one and I saw a new copy for $50. You may have to let things cool off and hopefully the price goes down a little.

Does "Eat to live" talk about Alkaline diets?

to a degree i would say but doesn't uses the name alkaline. he doesn't just tells you foods to and not to eat but also the lifestyle you should try to live. there is some biasness because he's muslim but it's interesting. there are some things i don't agree with such as not eating kale(most nutrient dense food on the planet) , peas, nuts and sweet potatoes.

matter of fact, here's a pdf file of the book, it's only 70+ page, you can finish it one day.
