WWE's Becky Lynch, billed under her given name of Rebecca Quinn will be playing rock star Cyndi Lauper in the season premiere of Young Rock season three.,

The plot of the first episode deals with a party Lauper throws around Wrestlemania 1. Hulk Hogan, Mr. T, Vince McMahon, Lou Albano and Liberace will also be portrayed in the episode, which is set in 1985. When the series was being cast, Lauper was listed as a possible recurring character, so this may not be Lynch's only appearance in the series.

The premiere episode is titled The People Need You and features the following plot - "After losing the election, Dwayne Johnson is ready to withdraw from politics. In 1985, Rocky Johnson learns there's consequences to crossing Vince McMahon."

The series returns this Friday at 8:30 PM EST.

From the set today, just a few pics since I and others that did it had to be lowkey. Prob all imma be able to do for obvious reasons unless I get a quick photo of the set when we walk inside the arena. Everyone was pretty chill. Saw Chavo and forgot he worked on the show so I was like and had to double take lol

Had a feeling they was gonna shoot this match due to the info they sent out so I was excited when I walked into the arena

Ain’t get the chance to speak to him nor any other cast which was only the breh who plays older rock, the actor who plays Triple H, the ref who’s supposed to be Chioda and the actress who plays Chyna. Closest I got to speaking to the cast was when older Rock wished everyone a good morning. Wonder what’s next tomorrow
