If I interpreted this right, what the Rock is saying is that half the stuff he used to say back in the day wouldn't fly in today's culture because so many people are so sensitive on the internet. If The Rock is elected for President, he vows to bring the Attitude Era back to America.

With that said, I know who I'm voting for in 2020.
