So when I watched the clip, I thought how offended the crowd must be (in a joking manner) cause Utah is a bunch of boring ass Mormons. You gotta go to the liquor store to buy wine 
So then I instantly thought of The Rock speaking from a ring inside a church, and in my brainstorming I found out there's a place in Utah... Rockland Ranch, aka 'The Rock' and it's a community of polygamists that's been around since the 70s
