Another meh episode. The motel clerk was the funniest part of the show. When a throwaway character is the best part of the episode I don’t know what to think.

That twist was great tho.

Between this and Succession, HBO are really putting in their bid for the fukkery crown this year.

And that's before we even talk about the episode of Barry with the JiuJitsu kid and the GoT debacle.

There's also a lot to be said for the fact that rich, morally bankrupt and criminally inept families seem to be a very relatable source of comedy these days. I wonder who put that in the zeitgeist
