Classic McDERMOTT move, throws his coordinator under the bus just like 13 secs. All out blitz on 3rd & 10 with Broncos outside of FG attempt, just gave it away. The fact that running the football is now a better option then passing the football is why this team has lost it's identity and are no longer an explosive feared offence. CAVEMAN FOOTBALL= McDermott

Gunslinger mentality :smugfavre: :mjpls:
If Favre was playing today he wouldn’t be nearly as revered. Dumb gunslingers are played out, they were kinda played out in 2005 too but it’s way worse now. I don’t see anyway he wins one mvp much less 3 in a row. This man literally said I don’t know what a nickel defense is

What does the OC have to do with your QB being an undisciplined idiot who is constantly throwing into bad coverages. It's time to take the gloves off and work on him like he's a 2nd year player or something. QB coach, drills, etc. Reminds me of when we hired Jim Caldwell and he invested a lot of time in fixing Stafford's mechanics. It paid off and he improved.

Also...Joe Brady is gonna be the interim OC. You know, the Joe Brady who was the hottest name in football after leading LSU to the chip a few years ago with Joe Burrow. Who then became OC for the Panthers, was meh, and got fired. Who then was hired as the Bills QB coach, and clearly didn't improve Allen from what we've seen. But he gets another shot at being a coordinator. Meanwhile Bryon Leftwich can't even get a position job in the NFL after winning a Super Bowl a few years ago as the Bucs OC...
I mean, they arent gonna make an outside hire at OC midseason

Yea I think Ken Dorsey fell on the sword. The Bills do need to run the ball more though but that's an adjustment not something to be fired over.

Sean McDermot's seat is warm though.

Man you can’t blame Brady for what happened with Matt Rhule. Rhule was a fukking disaster, just like urban in Jacksonville. Wanna see what he can do in a competent organization before I write dude off. Maybe he turns this thing around?

Remember before Brady, burrow was dogshyt
The pros ain't college and his track record shows that so far. Who knows what happens this stop but dude would kill it in college but he's hellbent on making it work in the league. Best of luck to him

Cant quote you @Godless Socialist CEO so I'll @ you. You conveniently forgot their only drives that ended with points was led by the run, they had multiple possessions where they went 3-4 out without the ball touching a running back. If they want to win they have to run fumbling or not. Teams drop back 7-8 on them because lack of wr talent outside of diggs

Allen is nothing more than a Jay Cutler. But Ken Dorsey is ass so that's just part of the problem resolved.

Oh I agree, I'm not saying Leftwich should have been hired. It was always gonna be in-house and makes sense. I'm just saying it's wild how black coaches are rarely in position for this type of shyt. Limited opportunity to advance and no shot at falling up the way guys like Joe Brady have. There's zero reason Leftwich isn't at least a QB coach or passing game coordinator, if he can't get an OC job.

I get that, it’s possible he doesn’t want to downgrade himself to a QB coach again and was only seeking OC spots or maybe some HC opps in college
