Y'all act like it was 50 years ago that W won himself two terms. Quit being reactionary morons. President Obama is a popular president and got two terms. Most incumbents win reelection unless they're major fukkups. Republicans still hold a majority in congress.

Slow down :beli:

The map only gets smaller for them in 2016. North Carolina will still be a swing state, and southern states like Georgia and Texas, and western states like Arizona will become toss up due to the changing demographics. The only way they can hang on to power is by picking up seats in Congress during mid terms, when less of the population voting. That pretty much proves they are a regional party.

Its gonna get smaller from here on out. How can anyone not see that George W fukked up the Republican Party's image to the point where people still talk about him over 4 years AFTER he left office in bad remarks? He cause the beginning of the downfall of the dominance of the Republican Party and now is marginalized to a bigoted, regional party.

Exactly. Guys you need to also remember, the Republican Party killed itself. The infighting lead to its demise.

the campaign was on won, so there is hope for the Republicans in the blue states. There just needs to be a change in the party strategy and image.

The Ron Paul people should have not have marginalized into the Libertarian party. They could have been absorbed and assimilated by changing the party's image.

Hermcan Cain was actually the Ideal candidate, but he needed to have the right people on his team. He would have appealed to all the younger libertarian/south park conservatives, the fiscal conservatives, and the old guard would have just been on board because they know a non-white candidate would have been a better strategy.

People are learning, and I think 2012+ the republicans will come back stronger than ever.

Herman Cain would have gotten the work just like that c00n allen keyes . Ain't no one voting for an unqualified pizza nikka. :scusthov:

people are feeling themselves a bit too much. Blacks and Hispanics make up 24% of the electorate. the only reason they've become so powerful is because the white electorate is split about 60%-40% or so and if you combine the 40% of whites with the unified minorities it gives them inflated power. if the whites unify or one of the minority factions breaks ranks this whole republicans are done shyt comes to an end real quick.
