15 kids! That's crazy! And he wanted to put all of them through school so that's why he did it.

But from what I hear it was a case of entrapment. They targeted him and put someone near him to make the offer/suggestion and he fell for it. He shoulda called entrapment on them, he might have had a case.

This guy explains it, sounds like entrapment to me.
