Well seeing as to how slow this part of the boards is in terms of traffic and people posting content, I sorta got content in just dropping tracks here whenever I hit up on a tune that I'd like to share. Other people been doing the same with a bit of conscious reggae and Dancehall. Don't think we need to create a whole new thread to exclude anything at this point, in my opinion. What you think?
That works for me. I'm loving all the music being posted in this thread. I've been on a reggae kick for the past few months so it's nice to have a thread to share some music with like minded people.

For those who haven't seen it. One of the greatest concert films I've ever seen. Sad to say that most of the legends that performed have passed on. RIP to Jacob Miller, Dennis Brown, Peter Tosh, Bob Marley. Big up to Judy Mowatt and U-Roy as well. I'm glad they're still with us.

Don't fux with Dancehall and all my Reggae is from the golden era back from the 70's. I knew of this one website, Toronto lime that my friends who loved dancehall and that shyt fukked with back when we were in University. Had alot of streaming tracks and shyt before youtube popped off (2002:flabbynsick:) @Strawberry and others might be able to guide you towards some decent shyt.

I follow all of my favourite dancehall & reggae artistes on IG, that way anytime they put something new out, you hear about it first.

www.jamaicanmateyangroupie.com is an awesome news site that also puts up new songs/mixes.

Urban Islandz is another site that always drops the newest tracks.

I also follow dj's like Paul Michael & Dancehall of War (I think he also goes by Warstar Dancehall unless that's someone else) on SoundCloud cuz they always drop the dopest mixes and select the newest/freshest tunes.

I listen to a lot of dancehall and those 2 guys are easily the best selectas I've found online. They're consistent and the quality of their mixes/track selection is tight :ohlawd:

Here's the mix I've been listening to lately. When I'm in the shower, just chillin, riding my bike, or anytime I leave my house

Me too, I go out regularly to dancehall parties and am friends with a bunch of dj's out here but sometimes I find out about shyt they don't even know about, or that I hear about first (Spice- Needle Eye Pum Pum, Voicemail Shampoo remix ft. Ding Dong & Konshens, Dexta Daps- Shabba Madda Pot, Sugar Bear-Pretty Pretty aka Pretty p*ssy, Don Andre- Tom Cruise remix ft. Ding Dong & Chi Ching Ching for example).

I literally keep my ear to the ground in Jamaica via IG's of my favourite dancehall queens & artistes. It's the best source of fresh underground music...that and the mixes from Paul Michael & Dancehall of War on Soundcloud.

I actively seek out music I love because I love to dance. It's a huge passion of mine. :mj:

@Dip See, I'm not so terrible. You can't hate anyone that shows you where/how to get the best new music :umad:
