I'm a big fan of Mega but The Realness II was solid at best, did have it's high moments but at times it was a chore to get through because of the lack energy...
But OB4CL II on the other hand...just had you nodding your head & screw facing all the way through.
Not as good as the original but LP was worthy enough for it to be called it's sequel.

cause Cuban Linx 2 REALLY pissed me off because Rae had been KILLING IT on mixtapes from 2005-2007 his songs from that
era like curious and black trump are better than anything on that album and then CL2 drops and rae's rapping like he forgot to take a nap

Come on dude. That album alone saved the shyt show that was 2009:
The only gripe I had with the album was how bloated it was and even then, I would play that jawn in full over The Realness 2 which was wild forgettable. And this is coming from a big Comega head.
- That transition in the Intro from the the first album outro
- Way grimey and caught that feeling of 95 in a 2000s setting
- A DOOM solo track

Nah. Cuban Linx II was arguably the best hip hop album of the year it dropped and still made its presence felt as an independent release.
Realness II was solid but kind of forgettable. Not Mega's best. Not one track even close to 10 Bricks for example.
Mega was operating at a higher level than Rae from around 2001-2004 but that's about it.
