That Netflix show is not a documentary but a sensationalized dramatization by Ryan Murphy. That's why the victims families are upset because they are making the murder of their loved ones into semi fictional entertainment. This was basically another "American Horror story" season. Glenda Cleveland didn't actually live next door to the sick fukk either. She lived in the building adjacent from his apartment. But Ryan made her his next door neighbor in the Netflix show because he thought it would be more dramatic/traumatic than what the situation already was.

Dramatization is the correct word. They’ve been calling it a “docuseries”

And for that Ryan needs to be called out. He should have called it "American Horror Story: Dahmer". He's the same guy who gave Richard Ramirez magic powers in "American Horror Story 1984"

Brooklyn keeps on taking it.
It’s not really about him being really gay or not in my opinion. It’s the fact that he said he wasn’t gay, said he was with white bits hanging out and the Netflix documentary created their own scenario.
