Ren - Nobody Move, 2 Hard Muthas, Eazy Duz It, Radio, Imma Break It Down

Cube - Still Talkin, Boys In The Hood, No More?s

D.O.C. - Still Talkin, We Want Eazy

Dre- Eazy -ER Said Than Done

Still Talkin- D.O.C.
Nobody Move- D.O.C. & MC Ren
Ruthless Villain- MC Ren
2 Hard Muthas- MC Ren
Boys N the Hood- Ice Cube
Eazy-Duz It- MC Ren
We Want Eazy- DOC & MC Ren
Eazy-er Said Than Dunn- Ice Cube
Radio- MC Ren
No More ?- Ice Cube
Imma Break it Down- MC Ren
Eazy-Chapt. 8 Verse 10- Ice Cube

Like I said, MC Ren was the one that wrote most of the songs. D.O.C. contributed in a few alongside Ren, and aside from Boyz N the Hood which was well before everything else, Cube really did just 3 joints on there because he was in college during most of the time the album was being made. Besides, it makes some sense for it to be Ren anyway considering that was Eazy's right-hand man that he brought to the group.

What he said at first was on point but the latest stuff that was posted was way off. It don't even sound like the same person wrote both pieces.

Sounds like :duck: to me. This nikka claim that Dre had to tell Cube what to write and how to write it. The same Cube that went on to write Amerikkka's Most Wanted and Death Certificate as a solo artist. And coincidentally, the lyrical content of NWA projects just happened to decline at the same time. :camby:

Didn't decline

Just got very different

NWA's second album is better than the first. The beats were fresher, darker, mixed better. And ren was rapping his ass off.

My fault. I was going off memory, so I was a little off on some and you was right on some too. But looking at the actual back cover, it was LESS than I thought with Cube & D.O.C.

The point still was the fact MC Ren wrote the majority.

Despite popular belief, Dr. Dre DOES WRITE. He is one of those people that belief wholeheartedly that music making is a full collaborative process. So, it's not too shocking that he wrote bits for others. But he's not a rapper so writing isn't his chief priority, he's more focused on the boards.

As a matter of fact, both Snoop and Eminem been on record in stating that Dre taught BOTH of them how to be songwriters. Before they ever got with Dre, both only know how to spit bars. They didn't know how to create hooks, arrange chorus melodies and use different cadences and basically construct a song in general.

What did Rakim do to get cut off by Dre? Sign to Dre brehs.

Also, never knew Master P had to buy Snooper Duper off of Death Row. I thought he got out because in CA you can't be forced to stay in a contract for more than 7 yrs

Would love some detailed posting like this about Percy Miller. Seems like he was bossing up on cacs for a while then the Powers That Cac boosted Cash Money to move him out the way (didn't help that No Limit fell off musically)
