Lyor might've set up some deal for Jay or whatever, Jay-z does shyt to maximize the profit of the business. Screaming at your partners who want to see you succeed cause that means more bread for them is probably not the right way to go. Jay and Lyor have been friends ever since they cut their business ties, meaning that he actually likes dude and sees him as some type of mentor. Dame could probably learn a thing or two if he actually listened to all the smart people that were at Def Jam back then.
