What I dont understand is how killing Belilov seemingly resolved Ray's beef with the Russians...The whole reason they was beefing is because Ray got Belikov locked up and that fukked up the port money...Killing Belikov results in the same fukking situation except this time hes dead which should make things a lot worse for Ray and his fam...
