Unless that was foreshadowing for her dying next season?

The look on Bridgett face when Ray dropped her off at the airport was suspect...Feel like she did that to get away from her fam or maybe is going to NY to seek a music career...I don't believe she is going for NYU...

Ya the first time I watched it I thought it was the last time they'd see each other cuz ray was gonna die, watching it the second time, knowing ray wasn't killed, I thought they'd never see each other cuz she ain't coming back.

I'm not sure where they can go with the next season, I'm thinking maybe Bridget gets involved in some shyt in New York and Ray gets tied into it

But then again it doesn't seem like producers like filming in more than one place (unless they're close to each other), so that probably won't happen.
