What Bleu Davinci did was accept a deal called a SAFETY VALVE which is based on a point system used to circumvent federal mandatory minimum sentencing for low level drug offenders

A defendant may be sentenced below a statutory mandatory minimum sentence if the following criteria are met:

1.The defendant does not have more than one criminal history point.

2.The defendant did not use violence or credible threats of violence or possess a firearm or other dangerous weapon (or induce another participant to do so) in connection with the offense.

3.The offense did not result in death or serious bodily injury to any person.

4.The defendant was not an organizer, leader, manager or supervisor of others in the offense.

5.The defendant has truthfully debriefed.

A defendant must provide a truthful statement about his involvement in the offense to qualify for safety valve

IN OTHER WORDS BLEU DAVINCI IS A RAT

:francis: I always felt that...

but he did so much
full
on Vlad tv and other interviews..

that deflected most cats from thinking he did snitch..

but i knew something was up when he explained in interviews that the information he provided was info the feds already had :rudy:

The $1 million that BMF left behind - in a Hummer limo | Atlanta Creative Loafing

So profitable was the Atlanta and L.A.-based Black Mafia Family that the cocaine crew could afford to lose a million dollars every now and then.

For example, consider a 2003 Hummer H2 stretch limo that was parked at one of BMF's stash houses off Mount Paran Road. The limo was described yesterday during the sentencing hearing for the rapper Barima "Bleu DaVinci" McKnight, a BMF member who'd been indicted in Atlanta.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Robert McBurney told the

Stash house off Mount Paran Road?!

These nikkas wanted to be caught. Ain’t nothing but mansions there. Cacs up there probably called APD every time they saw them up there in their neighborhood

nikka what the fukk are you talking about? :gucci:

Did you watch the video? They clearly talking about Bleu Davinci

:francis: if you watched the video and read the press release I posted you would see he is referring to BLEU

i even timestamped the part of the video where he names BLEU DAVINCI and even says he put the court documents up on instagram validating bleu's cooperation

Sosa never said anything about JEEZY in the videos or the book

And was not called in for questioning by the FEDS after BMF affiliate RALPHIE SIMMS confessed to LYING about JEEZY involement...

I Dont know why u keep bringing up JEEZY name
:why:

There seems to be a big problem on this site where nikkas just be talking out of their asses. nikkas just be making shyt up just to sound like they in the know.

Just finished reading the st louis book as well and it did clarify which mobs they had connects with. just realized that this Sosa cat is calling out the dog man from the book as a snitch on his IG.

I feel conflicted about if dogman snitched or not, it was post the raids and dude who he told on shot him 15 times and was a thief

My sentiments exactly.. .

After reading Dogman book I didn't come away viewing him as a snitch

I think Sosa just had a disdain for anybody associated with Terry's 263 click Dogman included ever since the Detroit days

He never had anything positive to say about Terry in that book

I believe that was the whole front, a successful record label, normal rappers doing rapper shyt. I seriously doubt neighbors first suspicious would be that a million dollar mansion with stretch hummers and ferraris was a cocaine warehouse.

In hindsight it might've been a great idea if people on the west coast weren't reckless on the phone, high ranking traffickers like O-dog and Doc didn't flip quick as fukk and Bleu actually moved units and shyt like that.
