About time. Dude is the champ of the company. Can’t have him risking an injury in front of 300 fans in a community center.
I feel like AEW talent should stay away from the GCW/CZW type indies that are just a bunch dollar store ECW knockoffs. There's some good wrestling on there just like with ECW, but having the hardcore stuff on every single event diminishes it and makes it look like neckbeard trash. There's plenty of others out there that aren't like PWG, Defy, Deadlock Pro, HOG, Beyond, IWC, Warrior, Black Label Pro, etc. There should be like a list of approved promotions someone can work for.

It’s not like all the talent is doing extremes shyt. GCW has the regular wrestling, but Mox is into all that deathmatch shyt. Wonder if it has more to do with how much of a dirtbag the GCW owner is.

Yeah but the extreme stuff is what makes them unique they got an Extreme title AND and an Ultraviolent title. And it's not exactly uncommon for them to put the GCW title on one of their hardcore specialists like Nick Gage or Joey Janela. And the tag titles are frequently defended in hardcore/death matches as well.

Sure, not everyone is doing the extreme stuff, but it's pretty commonly done.

Need Maria for a backstage role, she actually has great ideas on how to run the womens division.

Real talk could see them going NWA tho
Yeah as far as them as wrestlers, they are ROH midcarders at best. Can't believe Impact tried to make all those Honor No More people a big thing. THere's a reason why ROH failed, it's because people like them became much of the top talent in the company.

People on here like to shyt on Orange Cassidy, but the man sells merch and generates YouTube views.

5 of the 10 most viewed uploads to AEW's channel feature Orange Cassidy. He is prominently featured in the two most viewed videos (well technically the most viewed is a kid cosplaying as OC), which has 43 million and 38 million viewers. The next highest is 27 million viewers. CM Punk's debut video has "only" 14 million viewers, which is 2 million less than OC's third highest viewed video.

He also has the 15th, 20th, 40th, 50th, 66th, 67th, 69th, and 100th most viewed. So that's 13 of the top 100. And the highlight video for his All-Atlantic title win has over a million views and is nearly double than anything else from the past two weeks along with the Saraya promo.
