The problem is the average person on the street doesn't have years to learn the stock market and may not want to risk it.

Personally I have way too much stashed in savings and I admit it's not financially best :yeshrug: but I just don't feel like I know enough about stocks to take that chance. Last thing I want is to lose my $$$ because of a stock market crash.

I came of age during the 2008 crash so that soured me on stocks to be honest. At some point I'll try to get into stocks though.

I understand. 2007-2008 was highway robbery and people like us took a major hit. However, just start small. Take a little bit of money that you won't be emotionally affected by losing. Hit up Investopedia when you need to learn about something you don't understand. Eventually it'll all make sense. It won't take you an entire year because you'll be having fun.

Sorry dude but that disposable income argument is old. :camby: You have folks posting vacation pics on FB, bunch every other week, and the list goes on. Exposure may be the mail culprit though.

Facts all facts I see so many posting vacation pics, or flex pics of stuff they brought wasting money the disposable income argument is invalid if you got money for Jordan’s, clubs outings every weekend and trips to Miami or wherever you got money to invest.
