Athletes skipped the Trump White House over far more consequential issues, and while I applaud their integrity it's not like I'm gonna think that accomplished anything either.

I fukk with baby so this ain't about her. But it seems to me that she's being used as a prop by the media. And if the intention is not to increase racial tensions, that's certainly what's occurring. This level of media coverage for practically everything that comes out of her mouth is excessive and is not traditional. We have to remember this is a 20-year-old child. I have similar sentiments about how Ja's situation went. I think that people should take a step back and analyze it through different lens.

This is all about her. She was seeking the attention and doubled down on stupid. And folks were gassin her up while she was doing it too. Media gonna do what the media does. They love sound bites. Everyone knows this by now.

I agree that she's young and it's silly for anyone to make a big deal about it or take her to task, but it's silly to act like it's some media conspiracy either. 95% of media is about ratings and stories, has nothing to do with trying to shape some grand narrative. Its just the fact that most folks were getting "worked", only for it all to be squashed with the realization that all them jawns get to meet Jill and Joe.
