you gotta be shyttin me :skip:

Breh, you're usually right on most things but does anyone in their right mind not see that Clark is the main draw here? She's why this is even a thread in the first place. Nobody would be discussing the game to this extent without her and now people wanna dismiss her? That's crazy. She's good for the game.

She's wrong on that point. Clark is unquestionably the primary draw. The semifinal game was 5.5 million viewers. LSU's game had really good numbers, 3.4 million but considerably lower. The national title game just did 9.9 million. It's not a knock on LSU to say Clark is putting people in front of the television for women's basketball.
My man here is here saying this is what went into Jill Biden’s thinking. :laff:

Wait wait wait... So you would be in here discussing women's basketball all afternoon today if it wasn't for Caitlin Clark drawing the attention to the game? :comeon:

Let me bring up last year's tournament threads and see how many posts you had on South Carolina. :dead:

then people can take a trip down to iowa and shake her hand :mjlol:white house visit is always championship exclusive - and to cheapen LSU's victory over said transcendent athlete by making them share the event is some bullshyt

People get invited to the White House for various reasons. Yes, the championship team always goes. But a transcendent athlete should also be invited for what they've brought to the game, no?

Has ZERO to do with me and you believing Jill Biden is saying “Caitlin Clark transcended the game. Bring both Iowa and LSU here!!” rather than some corny “all women win!” corny peace summit.

fukk outta here! :laff:

the event for championship teams is never shared. there's no need for extra gymnastics on this one breh... if jill wants to meet the Iowa team so bad, then *obviously* it should be a different event than the one that's customary for championship teams.

this is easy fr. jill just can't help herself

Nah she's kinda corny for this. She's coming off like a Trump supporter who's "both sides"
Are you that much of a puppet that you will ignore the fact that the First Lady wants to invite the RUNNER UP to the White House and suggesting that Angel Reese sounds like a Trumper because she’s not with it? :what:
