I think most people in Hollywood are on some demonic or alternative BS. If you really knew everything that went on behind closed doors, you wouldn’t be able to watch tv or listen to any music (including gospel).
Please note that I am not excusing Kelly at all. I’m simply saying that he was surrounded by likeminded company.

Kelly has been in the news his whole career, and been on trial. I get it, there needs to be retribution paid, but lets put everyone that's complicit in the same house and burn that bytch down.
The thing is... ya'll want R. Kelly to take the fall for the whole system that many people benefited from. On the other hand, people sat silent for years because they were getting paid....Now the profit is in screen time and public benevolence and a possible pay day.
If Kels was a monster, they definitely had no problem with it as long as they got paid.
Age of consent in Illinois was 17 in 94.... Not to excuse what Kelly tried to do, but If she was 2 years off.. and her birthday was in January... he should have waited.
The sick part of it was that he met her at such a young age... but Aaliyah was mentally mature for her age... even Zach was smitten by her when she moved over to Atlantic/Blackground.
Rob was definitely in the wrong, but he's not putting guns to people's heads.
