Looking back aaliyah was lucky to get away from him when she did

He was grooming her he would of controlled her entire life

Its interesting to me I remember being a kid and their story was first sold like these young artists fell in love like Romeo and Juilet and tried to get married but she was just too young

When in reality he was grooming her since she was 12

Once she escaped she never had contact with him ever again and refused to even talk about him a guy she supposedly loved

Yeah a real love story but at the time that’s how it was painted

I didn't know this . . .honestly I think had she kept up with him she either would have been like andrea . . .or she would have become one of his recruiters scouting younger girls for him to abuse . . .but if they cut contact one thing confuses me you remember he was suppose to be on that flight with her. . . even if she cut contact at the time r.kelly is one of the biggest artist in r&b it's impossible to not work with this dude I'm assuming maybe she wanted help with a album, ionno sad how it all ended for her though . .abused on both ends by her parents and a sick dude . . and to die tragically with her story being told by people that just want to profit on both ends.
