The paperwork was doctored to get the marriage license. She was 15 which is illegal. Also you have all the reports of him coming to high schools and picking up underage girlshe’s on camera eating a little girls ass and pissing on her..he got off because he paid them, hell the family was on an expensive overseas trip that they couldn’t afford which is why the girl couldn’t testify. The one chick on the doc tonight was 17 when he forced himself on her kissing in the studio. Also pretty much got her drunk to take her virginity
there’s so many reports from underage girls even beyond this documentary but everyone turned a blind eye because it’s Kells. They are women of age now but so many of them were high school age at the time.

He beat the case cause LEGALLY he wasn't at fault. He met her under a false identity and she had a fake ID that showed her above age of consent.
If I remember correctly the basic details of the case(keep in mind this happened so long ago so some of these details may be a little off)... She snuck into a 21+ club (security fault), had a 21+ id (illegal on her part) and thats where R Kelly met her (in a legal setting, under false pretenses). It could happen to any of us honestly. From what I remember even Kelly's private security ID'd her again but again she had a 21+ ID..
The reason he gets heat for it so much is cause it exposed a pattern of him going after younger (but legal) girls which made the above incident look incredible bad. As it made it look intentional on his part (and only he will know if it was and that was just one hell of a story put together by the club and his legal team)
he also didnt seem remorseful for it either which makes him look bad as well
but at the end of the day

bro i have no idea where the fukk you got any of that. i literally dont remember or never heard that side of the shyt...which would be damn convient when alot her family and friends testified and said it was her. her aunt was that singer named sparkle she claims she introduced him to her. the girl was his god daughter not some chick he picked up ..considering the aliyah shyt, his sealed settled cases and the damn tape this dude is guilty af. the victim and her parents didnt show up to testify because they were paid off. plain and simple. shyt i even remember reading articles back then where the jurors said the tape wasnt enough when it had her damn face on and his on it and it would took some star wars cgi shyt to add his face on it. even if you throw that shyt away its too much smoke to simply say he innocent..dude is a clear pedo just because i like the greatest sex and ghetto queen doesnt make him innocentthats not why he beat the case...

breh the shaderoom wasnt out back then most of the shyt i rememeber came from tv. im reading articles from 2008 right now and still havent found one about the id thing. but i do remember vividly the sparkle thing and the big deal she made during all of this shyt. rkelly discovered her that's a fact if that's her family as she tells it why would rkelly randomly bump into her in same club just so happens to have a fake id too? why didn't she testify? or her parents? her family did she didnt tho? she testified to the grand juror and said it wasn't her but the DA felt like they had enough evidence and to be honest they did. he got off because of his celebrity and time the case drug out because of his lawyers period.. also you cant force a victim to testify even with a subpoena. if she is gonna help the defense case in any way subpoena her? the whole case was based around her.where did you read in any of my post that it wasnt her
