In his new book, R. Kelly says he initially made "I Wish" for a colabo with 2Pac and they were talking about it before he died. He said the first verse is written for Pac. And when you listen to it, I can kinda see what he meant by the flow.
Seen this on BET Centric yesterday in his interview with Tavis Smiley. He started singing which part was for him and which part was for Pac and I could see how it fit perfect. Also he started talking about being in the studio with Micheal Jackson. Didn't even know he wrote "You are not alone", when he started singing it he sounded just like Mike. Kellz is the greatest when it comes to this R&B shyt. And he sounds exactly the same live as he does on his records.

'When A Women's Fed Up', and 'Be Careful', are probably my two fav Kelly tracks, but 'i Wish' (Remix) is a close third, and I gotta throw 'Ignition' (Remix) in there too, that was back in hs junior year, played it all the time on Thursdays and shyt

R. Kely started that sing-rap-talk thing that everybody started copying and still does to this day.

I didnt mind the stuff like Fiesta and stuff around that time, but it got FOOLISH during the mid 00's when Double Up came out. That album cover just screams of being a joke.

I dont wanna hear him make Love Letter for the rest of his life, although it's a good album....he can still do the bedroom ballads like nobody else

Didn't know that:ohhh:
