This is a very puzzling thread. Is the argument The Quest 2 is more successful than Xbox?
Even on the back slide in revenue for a very poor year Xbox did more revenue in a single quarter than Facebook's Reality Labs did in all of 2022 combined. Hell it's better than their 2021 numbers too.

The quest is outselling it though
The product at this point is almost worthless. It's not even beginning to generate enough revenue to impact the R&D losses of the division. As a commercial product it's just something they put out to keep a mindshare alive for a hopeful payoff one day.
Microsoft can point to Xbox and say we had a down year we put out almost no major software due to delays and we're expecting better performance in 2023.
Meta can point at their entire VR division and say
