I wonder how they're dealing with that in Colorado, since it's legal there. It's almost like testing for alcohol.

Even if he's the best employee you have? I think of it doesn't interfere with work it's really non of your business. Now if his performance slips I could understand but I don't think they should test prior to employment for most jobs. Not all but most.

Heroin only stays in your system a few days, THC is the only drug to stay in your system more than 5 days because it binds to fat cells, it's basically the only drug you can reliably test and catch people for. Unless you're dealing with a straight up heroin junkie who can't stop for a couple days to get clean for a test, but at that point it should be painfully obvious that you're dealing with a junkie.

Good breh. Not everyone that uses drugs is a complete drug addict lunatic. I used to know this dude that was a truck driver that used to do speed and coke all the time just to stay awake. He did his thing and didn't let it affect his work performance. Most of these drugs used to be given out by doctors anyway.

Marijuana is not going to be legalized, at the federal level, any time soon. And definitely not while Obama's in office...he's said himself that he doesn't intend to pursue that. And of course the GOP controlling the House would put a stop to anything like that anyway.

no its not lol. They're doing it because of the huge robbery risk and the banks want to be able to profit off these marijuana businesses from giving them loans and them depositing their money with their bank and it makes it hard to pay taxes when your whole business is cash based.

i guess i dont get your opposition, this is how businesses work. and as far as taxes, last time i checked our gov needs money

the shops have to provide a product that will make people buy it from them as opposed to the underground economy so eventually the shyt will be cheaper even with the taxes
