Russo's face was mangled against the mirror. He has a couple of scratches.
It should be more scarred I admit, but having his face literally look a jigsaw would look silly, especially going through corrective/plastic surgery in this age

Watching the original scene back tho at least judging from this new trailer they got the right scars in the right places, the bullet wound in his left cheek, the large scar just above it where the shard was sticking out from the final hit, the scars on his right cheek where it was dragged down the mirror..the forehead scars from getting his face kicked into it, I don’t think they got it that wrong at all tbh
