Call me when Google starts allowing you to copy/write/emulate NFC on your phone. That was the initial promise. Being able to scan all of your ID's, Credit Cards, Gym Passes, Door Passes onto your device.

I understand the security concern but if someone has possession of your card long enough to copy it then your security failed to begin with.
